10:03 p.m. Witness: E.J. Stein, model maker at U.S. Navy ship design facility. One object, shaped like a small portion of the bottom of the Moon, with a radiant yellow color, hovered for 30 seconds. Its bottom changed to a funnel shape. Total sighting lasted 1.5-2 minutes.

The Supervisor Radio Operator and tw co-workers at the Second Army Radio Station at Fort Meade saw a round object the color of the sun and three or four times the size of a large star, which appeared out of the sky from the southwest. The ligted object blinked on and off. When it got stariaght overhead, it stopped blinking and disappeared straight up. The sighting lasted seven minutes.

The snow was swirling under it. The object was mushroom-shaped, supported a dome with a fin, was greenish, and left toward the Severn River.
